James M. Flanigan, Managing Director
Mr. Flanigan is co-founder and Managing Director of Granite Hall Partners. Primarily responsible for oversight of all firm functions and strategic decisions, Mr. Flanigan is also engaged in sourcing fund investments and procuring allocations
with sponsor funds. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and also assists in capital raising.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Flanigan played ten seasons in the National Football League as a defensive tackle. As a player, he was highly active in the community, forming a foundation that donated more than 1.3 million books to disadvantaged children. Mr. Flanigan was named the 2000 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year for his efforts on and off the field.

Mr. Flanigan earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.


John R. Wagner, Managing Director
Mr. Wagner is co-founder and Managing Director of Granite Hall Partners. Mr. Wagner is responsible for firm oversight, operations and overall management. Additionally, he directs the administration and back-office functions for all funds and helps oversee the fund-selection process. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and also assists in capital raising.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Wagner worked as an executive for the Washington Redskins, where he was responsible for creating and overseeing sponsorship packages, advertising, official licensing and all team-related corporate associations.

Mr. Wagner received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Illinois.


J. Patrick Barry, Director
Mr. Barry is a Director for Granite Hall Partners. He oversees the fund construction and investment processes.  In addition, Mr. Barry is responsible for prospective underlying manager review and due diligence. He is a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to joining GHP, Mr. Barry led the efforts of Frontier Partners as it expanded into private equity by identifying and assisting domestic and European client firms in raising institutional assets domestically and abroad.  Prior to Frontier Partners, Mr. Barry spent eight years with First Chicago/Bank One/JP Morgan in its Investment Management divisions focused upon alternative asset programs, including construction of fund-of-fund products for clients in the Middle East and Europe.

Mr. Barry earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.


Bradley T. Leshnock, Director of Finance
Mr. Leshnock is the Director of Finance for Granite Hall Partners. Mr. Leshnock oversees Granite Hall's financial reporting, advises on internal financial matters, assists in Fund Administration, and participates in the Investment Committee.

Previously, Mr. Leshnock worked at Deloitte & Touche as a senior consultant in the firm's Risk Intelligence group.
Mr. Leshnock earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.


Joseph M. Flanagan, Director of Communications
Joseph Flanagan is the Director of Communications for Granite Hall Partners. Mr. Flanagan oversees all aspects of
communication with current and prospective investors, including identifying and distributing relevant fund news via mailings and the Granite Hall website. Prior to joining the firm, he started and successfully ran two private companies and practiced civil litigation with the Chicago law firm Williams & Montgomery.

Mr. Flanagan earned a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Notre Dame, as well as a J.D. from DePaul College of Law. He is a licensed attorney.


Andrew J. Lutsey, Associate
Mr. Lutsey joined Granite Hall Partners to enhance the analytical functions for current and new fund investments. This analysis serves to support the firm's Investment Process as well as client reporting.

Prior to joining GHP, Mr. Lutsey worked for Inland-Western REIT, an $8 billion real estate investment trust (REIT). At Inland-Western, Mr. Lutsey conducted portfolio analysis to assess specific property investments and help guide overall asset management decisions.

Mr. Lutsey graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and a certificate in Real Estate.
